Delivery time & shipping
Have you placed an order? Then we will get started right away!
If you order before 4 PM on working days, we try to ship your order the same day. The delivery time of your order is between 2 - 8 working days. The products are shipped in protective packaging. Your order will be shipped by PostNL, DHL or DPD.
Order within the Netherlands - The shipping costs within the Netherlands vary between €2.95 and €6.95 per order. This depends on the weight of the packaging. With mailbox packages you can choose whether you want to receive them with or without Track & Trace. Orders that do not fit through the mailbox are always shipped with Track & Trace.
Order to Belgium - For an order to Belgium you pay a standard amount of €7.95. To ensure that you know exactly where your order is, you will receive a Track & Trace with every order to Belgium.
Order to Germany - The standard shipping costs to Germany are €7.95 per order. You will also receive a Track & Trace to follow your order closely.
Orders to other European countries - For the other European countries, the shipping costs vary between €9.50 and €12.50 per order including Track & Trace. The following countries are subject to the €9.50 rate: Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Austria and Latvia. The €12.50 rate applies to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia and Estonia. For a package to the United Kingdom you pay €18.50 shipping costs with Track & Trace. For four countries (Spain, UK, Italy and Sweden) it is also possible to choose the option 'send without Track & Trace'. Unfortunately we can not ship to destinations outside of Europe.

Are you unfortunately not satisfied with your order? Then you can return it to us. Returns are possible up to 14 days after receipt of the order. You will be credited with the purchase amount and the shipping costs already paid. Only the costs from your home to the mailbox of Themeparkshop.com are for your own account.
Send an email to email@example.com or via the contact form with your name, order number and the item. This way we know that we can expect a return from you and we can process it faster. In addition, we would appreciate it if you indicate why you are returning the product.
When we have received and approved the returned product (read: without damage), we will refund the amount to your account within 7 days. Do not forget to return your order with your full name, so that we know the product came from you.
